Sean C. Domnick, Esq. Elected Parliamentarian of American Association for Justice

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (July 11, 2018) – Sean C. Domnick, Esq. a shareholder at Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida was elected Parliamentarian of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. The contested election took place during their Annual Convention in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Domnick also received the AAJ Certificate of Recognition, which recognizes AAJ members who have made contributions through membership, education, or fundraising to sustain and strengthen the organization.

The mission of the American Association for Justice is to promote a fair and effective justice system and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms. The Parliamentarian enters a six-year leadership ladder that culminates as President of the 20,000-member national organization.

Mr. Domnick stated, “One of the greatest honors of my professional life has been service to the American Association for Justice and it is my privilege to continue fighting injustice as Parliamentarian. Mr. Domnick has an extensive record of leadership on a local, state and national level, born from an unwavering commitment to professional service. He currently serves as President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and has served as a Board of Director for the Florida Justice Association since 1996 and as Past President of the Miami-Dade Justice Association. He is the 2015 recipient of the BJ Masterson Award, an award given to attorneys who display the highest degree of ethical professionalism, the 2018 W. McKinley Smiley, Jr. Award for mentorship and has received the AAJ Distinguished Service Award in 2012, 2014 and 2016 and the Above and Beyond Award in 2017.

Mr. Domnick is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with a national practice devoted to representing victims of catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice and nursing home abuse. He has the distinct privilege of serving as a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Melvin M. Belli Society and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
