Greg Yaffa Presents Supreme Court Update on Florida Bad Faith Law to Florida Justice Association

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (February 27, 2019) – Gregory M. Yaffa, a Shareholder at Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, was a presenter during the Florida Justice Association Workhorse Seminar Convention on February 21, 2019. His topic ” “Handling personal injury cases after Harvey v. GEICO” provided the audience with an update on the recent Suzanne Harvey, etc. v. Geico General Insurance Company Florida Supreme Court decision affirming the application of Florida bad faith law. The event took place at the Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando, and included some of the most prolific trial lawyers from around the state including Michael Papantonio, Ken Mitnick and Christian Searcy.

Mr. Yaffa is a successful civil trial lawyer with a practice devoted to representing the victims of catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and insurance company bad faith. He is an active member of several professional associations and has held esteemed leadership positions including service as President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, President of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and Past Chair of the FJA Young Lawyers Section.
