Jason Fagnano Joins Catastrophic Injury and Insurance Bad Faith Practice
Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, a national civil litigation law firm, is pleased to announce that Jason Fagnano has joined the firm’s catastrophic injury and insurance bad faith law practice.
Prior to joining Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, Mr. Fagnano was an Assistant State Attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit. As a prosecutor, he conducted over 40 jury trials and was a member of the Domestic Violence Elimination specialty unit. His work at the Office of the State Attorney was recognized with an Exemplary Service Award in 2014.

Mr. Fagnano received his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Central Florida.
He will focus his practice on litigating catastrophic injury cases for plaintiffs across Florida.
