PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (May 8, 2019) – Gregory M. Yaffa, a shareholder at Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa was a presenter on the Florida Justice Association Boot Camp Webinar series on April 16, 2019. His topic “Insurance & Bad Faith: It’s Tricky,” is part of an online webinar series that provides specialized training needed for young lawyers to succeed in a civil trial practice.
Mr. Yaffa is a successful civil trial lawyer with a practice devoted to representing the victims of catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and insurance company bad faith. He is frequent lecturer on bad faith litigation and a regular columnist for the Florida Justice Association Journal. He is also an active member of several professional associations and has held esteemed leadership positions including service as President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, President of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and Past Chair of the FJA Young Lawyers Section.
