PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (November 15, 2018) – Gregory M. Yaffa, a Shareholder at Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, was a presenter during the Florida Justice Association Masters of Justice Convention on October 11, 2018. His topic “Florida Bad Faith Law as it Relates to the Motor Vehicle Crash Case,” provided a primer on bad faith litigation and an update on the recent Suzanne Harvey, etc. v. Geico General Insurance Company Florida Supreme Court decision affirming the application of Florida bad faith law.
Mr. Yaffa is a successful civil trial lawyer with a practice devoted to representing the victims of catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and insurance company bad faith. He is an active member of several professional associations and has held esteemed leadership positions including service as President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, President of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and Past Chair of the FJA Young Lawyers Section. He is frequent lecturer on bad faith litigation and a regular columnist for the Florida Justice Association Journal.
