Sean C. Domnick, a Shareholder at Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, made a presentation on nursing home litigation at the Florida Justice Association Workhorse Seminar in Orlando, Florida on March 3, 2017. The lecture, “Winning the Shell Game – Finding Coverage in Nursing Home Neglect Cases,” discussed the complexities of litigating and resolving cases of nursing home abuse.
