His topic, “Bad Faith Primer & Federal Decisions,” covered recent developments in Florida’s bad faith law in both state and federal courts and its impact on personal injury claims. The presentation addressed recent court decisions, potential legislative changes and common scenarios in which bad faith has occurred.
