PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (June 16, 2021) – Greg Yaffa, a Shareholder of Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, lectured at the Florida Justice Association’s (FJA) 2021 Annual Convention on June 11th. Mr. Yaffa presented on the topic, “Insurance Bad Faith Legislative & Case Law Update.” The convention was hosted at the Four Seasons Resort in Orlando, Florida.
Mr. Yaffa’s statewide practice is focused on representing victims of catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and insurance company bad faith. Over the course of his career, he has held many elected positions, including service as Chair of the FJA Young Lawyers Section, Chair of the FJA Bad Faith Committee, and President of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
