Greg Yaffa, a shareholder at Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa presented at the Florida Justice Association Workhorse Seminar on March 21, 2018. The topic, “Choice of Law and Bad Faith: Finding Bad Faith in Unexpected Places” was presented at the Orlando World Center Marriott to a statewide audience of civil trial attorneys.
Mr. Yaffa is a frequent lecturer on issues related to insurance bad faith and has published several expert analysis and insurance-related case law articles. In addition to having over a decade of experience successfully litigating cases of insurance company bad faith, Mr. Yaffa also practices in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death and nursing home abuse. He recently obtained an $8 million-dollar verdict against Mercury Insurance Company of Florida, proving the company acted in bad faith by failing to settle a quadriplegia claim against Mercury’s policyholder.
