PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (April 17, 2020) – Gregory M. Yaffa, a Shareholder at Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, presented at the Florida Justice Association (FJA) Annual Review Legislative & Case Law Webinar on April 17, 2020. The seminar provided a comprehensive review of this year’s legislative session and the implications for the future civil justice in Florida.
Mr. Yaffa provided an update on insurance bad faith case law, an area of law that he has practiced for 16 years. He is frequent lecturer on bad faith litigation and a regular columnist for the FJA Journal. Mr. Yaffa served as Chair of the FJA Bad Faith Committee from 2016-2017, 2018-2020 and as Co-Chair of the Insurance and Bad Faith Seminar program in 2019.
