PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (June 19, 2019) – Gregory M. Yaffa, a shareholder at Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, was a presenter on the Florida Justice Association Annual Convention on June 14, 2019. His topic “Insurance Bad Faith Case Law & Legislative Changes,” discussed the impact of proposed legislative changes and recent Florida Supreme Court decisions.
Mr. Yaffa was also the recipient of the Florida Justice Association Bronze EAGLE Award during the Annual Convention. The Bronze EAGLE is bestowed to those who have shown an extraordinary contribution and exemplary service to the organization. This is the second time Mr. Yaffa has been awarded the Bronze EAGLE.
