Michelle DeLong Presents the Florida Justice Association (FJA) Winter Ski Seminar

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (January 17, 2020) – Michelle DeLong, a medical malpractice attorney at Domnick Cunningham & Whalen, presented at the Florida Justice Association (FJA) Winter Ski Seminar in Breckenridge, CO this morning on the topic “Navigating NICA – What to do When You Want to Get Out.”
Her topic explains the nuances of the Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Association (NICA), which was created by the Florida Legislature in 1988 as a means of eliminating litigation for infants born with certain neurological injuries.

Michelle DeLong is a plaintiff trial attorney with a practice focused primarily on representing victims of catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice. She currently serves as Chair of the Florida Justice Association Women’s Caucus and on the Board of the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL).
