Jeanmarie Whalen Lectures on Trucking Litigation to Martin Chapter of FAWL

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (March 18, 2019) – Jeanmarie Whalen, a Shareholder at Domnick Cunningham & Whalen, made a presentation to the Martin County Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers (FAWL) on March 5, 2019. The lecture, “Navigating the Trucking Case,” detailed the intricacies of litigating catastrophic tractor trailer accidents. Ms. Whalen is a civil trial lawyer with an extensive record of courtroom success. She has first chaired trials resulting in multi-million-dollar verdicts and obtained over 30 multi-million-dollar recoveries for her clients. Her most recent trial involving a trucking accident resulted in a $3 million jury verdict.

Ms. Whalen currently serves as Chair-Elect of the American Association for Justice Trucking Litigation Group and will become the second woman in the history of the organization to lead this prestigious group of attorneys who handle complex and catastrophic cases arising from trucking accidents. She has also served as President of FAWL, two-term President of the Palm Beach County Chapter of FAWL and co-founder of the Florida Justice Association Women’s Caucus.
