Jeanmarie Whalen Elected to National Leadership Positions at AAJ Annual Convention

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (July 28, 2017) – Domnick Cunningham & Whalen is pleased to announce that shareholder Jeanmarie Whalen has been elected to numerous leadership positions within the American Association for Justice (AAJ). The elections took place this week during the Annual Convention, hosted in Boston, MA.

Ms. Whalen was elected Vice Chair of the Trucking Litigation Group (TLG), a national group of attorneys who handle complex and catastrophic cases arising from trucking accidents. She will become the second woman in the history of the organization to lead this prestigious group. Ms. Whalen was also elected Secretary of the Bus Litigation Group and appointed as a member to the Public Affairs Committee. Additionally, she was re-appointed by the AAJ President to co-chair the Election Committee and currently serves as an AAJ Board of Governor.

In addition to her leadership elections, Ms. Whalen was also a lecturer on the Stalwarts/Hall of Fame Committee program, an exclusive slate of speakers featuring notable trial attorneys from across the country. Her topic discussed strategies for pre-mediation preparation.
