Fred A. Cunningham, a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and shareholder in the law firm of Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa, has been selected for Fellowship to the International Society of Barristers.
The International Society of Barristers is an exclusive group of lawyers adjudged by their peers and judges to be “outstanding in the field of advocacy.” The Society seeks to honor the role of the trial lawyer in our system of justice with a principal goal of preserving the right to trial by jury. Selection to this prestigious group is limited to less than 700 members worldwide.
Mr. Cunningham has recovered over 400 million dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients and his extensive courtroom experience has earned him membership into ABOTA, the Melvin M, Belli Society, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel. His leadership record also includes service as Past President of both the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Florida Justice Association.
