Nicole has spent the past nine years litigating medical malpractice cases and has a record of success obtaining justice for clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries due to medical negligence.
As a trial lawyer representing plaintiffs, Nicole has arguably tried more medical malpractice cases in Florida than any other female attorney in her age bracket. Over the past nine years, Nicole’s impressive record of experience in the courtroom has yielded exceptional results in her cases involving delayed or misdiagnosed strokes as well as birth injuries. Her most recent resolutions include a $2.5M settlement in a medical malpractice case, a $1.76M Arbitration Award in a nursing home case, and a confidential multi-million-dollar result in a birth injury case.
Nicole is an active member of many professional associations including the American Association for Justice and Florida Justice Association. She currently serves on the Board of the Florida Justice Association Women’s Caucus and is Sponsorship Director for the Palm Beach Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
